Welcome to Tide & Fowl, home of quality hunting & fishing apparel, and the Limited Edition line, a platform for showcasing the art and photography of our community. By using our website and participating in the Limited Edition line, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Submission Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Submissions must be original art, photography, or visual content related to outdoor themes such as hunting, fishing, wildlife, and nature. All participants must be 18 years of age or have parental consent to submit.
- Submission Process: By submitting your artwork or photography to Tide & Fowl, you grant us the non-exclusive right to showcase and promote your content on our website and associated marketing channels.
- Content Approval: Tide & Fowl reserves the right to review, approve, and select the submissions for the Limited Edition line. Submissions that do not adhere to our guidelines or contain (highly) inappropriate content will not be considered.
Voting Process:
- Public Voting: Selected submissions will be showcased on our website or social media platforms for public voting. The community can vote for their favorite pieces, the final selection is based off the likes and the discretion of Tide & Fowl (If more than one applicant is chosen) .
- Voting Transparency: The voting process is open to the public, and the outcome is determined by the number of votes received. We reserve the right to monitor the voting process for fairness and reserve the right to disqualify suspicious or fraudulent votes.
Royalties and Recognition:
- Royalties: Artists and creators whose work is selected for the Limited Edition line will receive a 10% royalty for every item sold featuring their design.
- Artist Recognition: Chosen creators will be featured on our website in a designated section, offering space for a short biography or a story behind their creation, giving due credit for their work.
General Terms:
- Copyright: All submitted content must be original and free from copyright infringement. Tide & Fowl holds no responsibility for any copyright violations in submitted content.
- Usage Rights: By submitting your content, you grant Tide & Fowl the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify and display the submitted content on our website and related promotional materials.
- Modification of Terms: Tide & Fowl reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. However, whatever terms and conditions were established at the time of your submission will be honored.
